Preparing Geometry

Get stuck in prepariing geometry when walking around a part of the artic. Tried to relog and still stuck. Other player iis also stuck iin preparing geometry

we got this bug five times since yesterday, restarting our server helped ... but doesnt stop it from happening again ...and again ...and again

Yea since yesterday the arctic is a mess, preparing geometry all the time, alot of tears in the map and you can fall under it and alot of fake textures.

Ditto. I have to restart game each time I want to swap locations or missions.

I ran into this issue too doing the Tempest: Revival Mission. Restarted and finished the mission. No harm done, just an annoyance.

Has anyone got a fix for this yet, iv got my last set of gear in a mates game and its just stuck on Preparing geometry, please wait. So much time wasted if i cant get it back.

Restart the server or game as a temp fix

This is happening to us. A Preparing Geometry comes up mid mission and won't go away.

When it says preparing geometry try pressing your movement keys WSAD and see If that helps at all.

WASD stiill works. I needed do to it on game launch for a private server session. Brilliant!

I’m currently having this issue and it’s very frustrating that this is still a issue with the game

Try switching between DX11 and DX12 or slightly adjusting your shadow settings.
