How Do I Get in Touch With the developers or Someone in Charge?

Hi.

I need to speak to someone in charge. I have noticed a flaw in your game which should be addressed. It's not a danger to the customer which is always good to know.

If anyone has a way for me to get in touch with them as soon as possible I would greatly appreciate it.

Note we deliberately have not encrypted the files so that, if people want, they can easily award themselves the DLC. This is in line with our studio policy of not including DRM wherever possible. It is very easy to bypass our DLC restrictions, and this is intended.

This is also why we were so confused with the tone of your other thread, as we believe we do everything we can to be consumer friendly.

Why would you write that here? If there is one thing I know is that people are people and it's in both our best interests that they pay for what they get. If you guys don't make money, the game cannot continue to be developed which is a loss for everyone involved.

If you hadn't written what you did and if the OP could have shown a modicum of restraint in making such a stupidly provocative post, very few would have figured it out until at least the golden period of sales concluded.

I appreciate your commitment to doing what is in the players' best interests, but I actually think that you may have done the opposite here.

Also, where else was I to post such a request? I didn't know who to go for the answer so I thought it best to go to the source which is this forum. I was hoping for some direction from a moderator, or someone like the person who posted directing me where to go.

Also, I didn't post any information that was out of sort so you can read whatever you wish to read into it.

You answered as if I was encroaching in on your territory which I was not, and what I do see here is ego.

This is going to be the last time I help a developer out. I am done with helping people. I immediately deleted this thread earlier when I received the information I needed.

So what now? Am I going to be banned here? I wrote you a very positive private email including making a private video which showed you where the flaw is, and instead I get this.

thank you for being so transparent. I think people are so used to companies ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on their community with arbitrary dlcs that your move is actually really awesome. I am supporting the project with my money though I feel like there is nothing better to do.

And there are about a half dozen ways you could have contacted the studio instead of posting here. You could have discovered any of the other methods with even the most basic research.

I was actually going to write and suggest you stop putting the game for sale at the end of the month and switch to the beginning of the month so low income (ssi/va/other) people can afford the game. However, knowing the DLC's can be gotten for free with the 'quasi-blessing' of the developers means I will be getting this game in the morning at full price and just awarding myself the DLC.

(Once I figure out how)
