We attempted to add this and spent considerable time, however we can an unspecified crash that we cannot debug. We escalated as high as we could at Nvidia to provide more information or help in solving the problem. They sent us another 40 series card to help, but the crash is non-specific and points to the API without any specific information we can use to solve the issue.

Unfortunately they have not helped us, so we can blocked at providing support for this. It is disappointing as we spent considerable developer time trying to support DLSS3. In future when nvidia update their API we might be able to try again, but it not cheap for us to keep trying as we have to stop doing other tasks.

We will also keep putting pressure on nvidia to see if they can dedicate some engineers to help us identify the issue.

Awesome update Rocket. Hope nvidia give this issue more attention. I doubt yours is the only studio having this problem.

Thanks, let's hope nvidia does something.

I am using an RTX2080, and it does not support DLSS3. I know NVIDIA just announced DLSS3.5 (which all RTX cards can use), do you know if the work you did for DLSS3 will also cover DLSS3.5? I know I am jumping the gun on asking this because it was just announced.

If not, @Rocket is your company thinking about adding a later version of FSR?

From my experience playing the game is it's very hard to play for two reasons:

1. Performance.
2. Hosting a game with friends if fun when everyone is all online playing, but not so fun if you are not the owner mission/world.

Sorry if I am bringing stuff up if it was already answered somewhere else.

Thank you.

can't wait for this implementation, DLSS 3.0 looks a lot better and performance increase is quite huge in many cases going from 2.0. Currently the issue I have is that I can still see a difference in quality when going from native rendering to DLSS, even on quality DLSS preset, the surface water in lakes looks fuzzy comparing to native where its smooth, not even talking extra FPS all should get that have the right hardware, this game definitely needs it.

Dlss2 in quality is not aa big thing, in sometimes make more blurry, dls3 with ultraquality (DLAA) + frame generation is the best thing.

sure ,but I am strictly comparing the same graphics preset with DLSS 2 on quality and DLSS 3 on quality. Does frame generation comes automatically with DLSS 3 ,if implemented? I literally cannot tell the difference in games that I have played on native rendering and DLSS 3.0 , visually its identical unless you are looking for things with a microscope, in some cases with DLSS 3.0 looks even better.

Nice to have DLSS3, 140-170 fps in all ultra settings rtx on, but i have one question, is dlaa enabled too? cause there is not an option or ultra quatily in dlss options, just for know it. Thanks so much for implement DLSS3.
