Spectator Cam - FIX IT
How long has it been broken now? How many updates and patches have been released since it broke? FIX IT!! The inability to pan the spectator camera around is what like a 1990s video game setting. Its 2023, surely you can fix it!

.... it actually used to have this ability, and I suspect that was intentionally turned off, sadly.

On my PC, I press C to go to 3rd person and then to rotate around him I press the ALT key and then I can look at my player from all angles. I may have misunderstood the question though.
