Refined wood

Does anyone know how to create refined wood in this game? Not sure if the carpentry bench is need for this or not. Don't really want to spend blueprints on the carpentry bench to make nice looking interior walls. Thanks for any responses that are left.

The carpentry bench is the only way.

Carpentry bench, and you are going to be swimming in blueprint points, dont worry.. Talent points stop at lvl 40 just a FYI

You'll need the carpentry bench anyway to make sticks for tree sap.

Not just that, but if you plan on making more wood buildings (though when you unlock stone its no longer really worth it) the carpentry bench also uses less supplies for the same wood structures. Plus, they do look pretty and clean when you DO get to just building for no reason.

The bench is also used for turning wood into sticks if you have the talent. Makes the tree sap grind much faster.

You do not need the talent to use the carpentry bench to turn wood into sticks, the bench can always do that. The talent is to be able to do so in your character crafting menu, without the need for the bench.

Agreed. I’m level 42 with 26 unallocated BP points haha
