Throwing a knife you need to hold rmb to wind up then release to throw....
What did you say they are exactly the same again?
Enforcer, you seem pretty aggressive towards a random civilly expressing their opinion. Need someone to talk to?
No. I am just against someone spreading false information. There is enough of that out there. No need to exaggerate or claim things that can't work in ways someone claims in game. You know....lies become norm if you don't stop them.
@Enforcer: You have also to hold RMB for a proper aim with the bow. The problem is, if you accidently selected the knife instead of the bow and you don't pay attention to this, you will throw the knife. To cancel it, you have do select a different thing during hilding the RMB.
I literally just explained it to him.
How to throw a knife/spear:
You throw a knife by clicking and holding rmb to wind it up then release to throw. If you don't wind up the attack you will just throw like 2m away because it will lack power. You need to wind it up to give it more power just like when throwing a spear.
How to shoot an arrow:
You shoot an arrow by clicking rmb to raise the bow, then you click and hold lmb to draw the bow. Then you release lmb to release the arrow.
They are totally different ways aren't they?
Me too. I have never accidentally lost a knife in game by dropping it or throwing it. For some reason we had one in our team who always lost his knife until he got behind the reason and now he doesn't lose them anymore either.
