Rewards / Mail not opening?

Everytime I complete a prospect. The rewards seem to never show up, the prospect summary never ever fully loads, and i cant open any new mail. Sometimes I click "open mail" it flashes but the mail just closes itself, i cant claim any rewards. I dont understand. Does this happen to anybody else?

I feel like im being cheated out of reward points. the mail just will not open, EVER. i Dont get it

Yeah this has happened to me a couple of times but only when I’ve joined another players mission in my group. Not sure if there’s a certain amount of time that a player needs to be in a mission to get the reward or what? Think I’ve lost about 8-900 credits and a couple hundred exotics because of this. Pretty frustrating.

Well I really enjoy this game and want to keep playing it with my friends. But I am just not getting any reward points... How can i keep playing if I am just not progressing. its lame :(

Myself and 3 other friends did the HARD mission solid metal stockpile prospect. One friend hosted it. All 3 of them got rewards except me, and We all spent 5+hours doing the mission... it was 350 reward points...

Dumb question ... Sorry if you tried it, just a suggestion. Have you tried verifying game files?

Damn it, I was hoping that worked. Well that's one bug I'de hate to encounter. Don't leave us hanging if you find a solution, this pertains to all of us. Bugs seem to be contagious.

I absolutely wont leave anybody hanging. This kinda ♥♥♥♥ is sad and unacceptable. I havent received any answers from any Discord post, Tweet, Reddit Post, or Bug Report. I only get responses from yall here. I mean its literally a massssive game breaking bug

I am wondering if this bug is happening to people who "are not friends with the host on Steam" I have two friends. They are not friends on Steam. The host keeps getting the rewards after a mission but the other friend keeps getting the bug.

Not the case for me personally. Myself and 3 friends are all friends with eachother on steam

I have a mail with 519 exotics in it that has been broken for a week, cant open it to claim, there's more of us.

Yep, happening to me too. Cant open the mail to get the rewards. I can get them AFTER said mission, but to open up the NEW MAIL thing, it just flashes for me. Hopefully this gets fixed. I have about 250 credits waiting.

Found a way around this, click on 'show prospect info' then move mouse curser down to where the 'claim reward' button flashes up, after hitting the enter key on your keyboard which brings up the show prospect info box again, mash your mouse click to claim your reward, if you mistime it, repeat steps, cannot mash enter only works once after clicking it.
