Unable to take Polar bear armor blueprint talent.
As the title says, I'm unsure if I got a glitch or something. I was able to grab the ghillie armor and baby animal perk but the polar armor stays darkened out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I’m level 41 and it’s still locked for me. You have to have the blueprint. How do you get that?
