Game crashes on prospect launch and can't remove character either.

We exited the game, went to log back into the prospect and now the game just crashes 100% of the time. On top of that we cant even leave the propsect. If we remove from prospect, it doesnt actually remove our characters. So we are effectively left with having to completely start with new characters.

Any way to fix this?

This is now occurring to 3 of us. The only way we can possibly resolve this is to completely start a new character. That is dozens and dozens of hours of time.. Please help.

Thats what they are saying. The game is NOT in EA anymore. Bugs this massively large should be patched prior to release, or patched ASAP. Multiple people are about to lose dozens of hours in a game. That is pretty game breaking.
