What is a "character recipe" and how does it differ from a Blueprint or a Talent?
As for the talent, it's not necessary but it can be handy for sure.
What? So I have to spend 4 Talent Points and an unspecified amount of Blueprint points to use the talent? I'll go look in the tech tree.
They're just bad at design honestly. They refuse to do basic math (see: T4 costs and the 2 nerfs they've already had) and have latched onto a talent tree design lifted literally from original WoW in the early 2000s. You know, before WoW updated their talent trees because the universal feedback was that tiny percentages to things (2% to knife damage! +3% move speed while doing this super specific thing!) is the most boring ♥♥♥♥ imaginable.
