Can I change the time to 12 hour?

As the title states. Is it possible here?

I know the 12HR clock simplifies things for most people, but, for realism the 24hr clock is used via the military and space agencies around the world. The method is simple. anything from 00:00-12:00 is AM and anything beyond that, just subtract 12 and you have the 12hr time for PM. If the setting is available i'll comment again. As I am still finishing this mornings update...
