Max level now 99?

Did I read in the patch notes the max player level is now 99, and do you keep getting talent/blueprint points all the way up to that if it is?

only blueprint points from 40+ onwards what i read.

you get tech points all the way to 99 but I'm pretty sure talent points cap at level 40(ish)

That sounds accurate. The patch notes did indicate a max level increase to level 99.
Talent points stop at 40, you only get 48 of them.

will they give that missing talent points someday? Or there is no point in gaining 40+ levels for character development???
