Talent lets you do it on your person, anytime (its really handy!). So it should be in your character crafting menu.

Can't seem to find this anywhere after learning the talent

I have learned that talent but can not craft it no matter where. No character inventory, no work bench nothing.

There's also a blueprint you need to take to do it, then it's in your character crafting. (It takes a talent point and a blueprint point to unlock this)

Yup, this is always the case with talents that unlock crafted items I believe.

You forgot to add that ot also needs a blueprint point.
The fact that one needs the talent AND the knowledge to make sticks is stupid tbh.

Disagree that it is stupid. Every crafted item has a blueprint/recipe, certain blueprints are gated behind specific talents. whether those items are worth the talent point is up to you to spend or not, and as for the blueprint points, I got something like 40 of them spare with nothing worth spending them on... now that's pretty stupid imo.

Wow you need to spend a talent point to learn it and another point for the blue print ? Wow this game has sooooo many dumb mechanics.
