Health bar for animals?

Ive watched videos where people have a health bar over the heads of the animals they are fighting with. Is this a setting? I dont have that and would like to. Can someone walk me through how to get that working please?

Its a talent to skill:
Survival -> Hunting -> Health Bars

You have to waste talent points enabling something that could have, like other games, been put in the options.

Or you have to gain through Experience the ability to be able to ID how tough a critter is from the way it moves and looks not just getting easy mode from minute one as a noob:)

Speaking of modules, I have the "gustav" suit, which has a food spot, an oxy spot, and a water spot, but I cant figure oout how to add my modules :( Its possible this suit doesnt allow them or Im again missing something.

Most suits have 4 slots, Oxygen/Food/Water/Spare.
Some suits have more spare slots instead of the other 3.
