All settings are 100% via Nvidia game optimizer. I get 90-110 fps in caves torch lit or not. Out in the shammal storm I was getting 100-120 in open world.

To address the actual question, no, there is no magic button. It seems to vary widely, even between similar rigs, so one just has to test settings and find what works best. As with all games, the better the hardware, the higher the settings. Knowing your system specs would be good to give a more informed response.
1080p WITH THAT RIG???? Unless your getting older like myself and your eyesight is shot to pieces then I can understand.

As Carbon has already pointed out it depends on the OP's set up & what he would consider as "Pretty Good".
