Material Processor

So I'm doing the Payday Extraction mission, And am up to the stage where I need to make the composites for the radar.

I have built and placed a Material Processor but now it requires power? I think fine and build a Biofuel Generator and wire it up, everything says it's connected and powered, generator running, but the Material Processor won't run at all?

Bugged? or any ideas?

The generator can power 1 forge and 1 processor at the same time, anything in addition will block everything from working. Try to redo the wireing, check if the biofuel is in the generators fuel slot, not in the inventory slot. If it still not works, try picking everything up and replace it.

So the materials processor now needs power? - never used too.......

When I set it up it and accessed the inventory, it now says Needs Power 2,500 on the bottom-right corner.

Must have changed in one of the recent patches, but yes you need the generator now to make the composite paste. The wire up is a bit tricky, had to pickup and replace them a few times to get the processor powered..

Just finished this mission. FYI, you also need the advanced furnace to bake the composite paste into composite. If only the radar did not need composite. Huge amount of work to get there.

Sure the furnace is nice, and I'll assume the other stuff is as well, but the required resources are insane for a solo player, even with the boosted cave resources.

Yeah, anything requiring composites is like a secret "fifth" tier now.

You need the materials processor, the biofuel generator, wiring tool, and electric furnace all at one time. That's a big leap in required resources.

And I just wanted a compound bow.

I gave up and made the T4 Hunting Rifle. Why is it easier to make a 6 shot lever action rifle then it is to make a compound bow?

Yep. Composite needs to be the start of T5 resources imo.
