I have pre orderd this - Why cant i download it?

I had already pre orderd this weeks ago and its been sitting in my library without install options. From what im seeing the beta weekend is live and its not given me an option to download this. Anyone know why that might be

i fixed it for me go to the top left of steam and click steam and then click exit and then log back in and then it popped up for me

I don't know If this can help. When I started my computer, I didn't have it.
I just restart Steam, and the Icarus Beta App appear in my library.

Yes, you have to quit Steam by clicking Steam->Exit in the upper left corner, not by clicking the X on the right side or ALT+F4ing or any other way. But I guess this indie dev is too cool to give proper instructions.
