Suggestion: Keyboard shortcuts

I think it would help speed up runs if you could activate a spell with the keyboard. With spells like Buzz Right where you also have to select the board, there's a lot of back-and-forth between the board and the spell list if you want to do it multiple times. And with some runs, there's a lot of spell-casting.
You could have 1-6 for spells and the top-row keys for trinkets.
I just got finished with an hour-long Bumbo the Dead run; there's just a lot of mouse-movement!

Agreed! I hacked together some hotkeys for this on the weekend and it's way faster. I use 1-6 for spells, and a/s/d for targeting the left/center/right lane.
The hotkeys aren't perfect though (they don't return the mouse to its previous position, which sucks for Bumbo The Dead; and if I'm too quick targeting a lane they sometimes target the wrong one), so I'd love to see this natively in the game!
