I knew how the curse mechanic worked I just didn't know matching a wild with curses would do anything. I feel like the risk/reward with that item is the fact that it makes curses most of the time and no wilds not that it fills your board with curses and then gives you something else that can then match with those curses. I don't really know how to say it fully but it just feels wrong to me. Now that I know it probable won't happen again because it's not that hard to avoid unless something like a combo lines things up to make it happen, but that's kind of my point, playing the game well or getting a reward shouldn't create a chance to hurt / kill you randomly or something.
There is also a bunch of spell tha tdestroy tiles, you can remove curse this way.
I would be against the removal of this, the game is already easy when it come to curses.
