infinity cube
Twice I have received a buff to the infinity cube, but it still shows lvl0. The gold pit gave two separate buffs but I can't find where they landed.

I see the second one is actually it being blessed with 5 power, the wording wasn't obvious to me the first time around. Happened to look at the tab again, and was able to re-read the result from the gold toss. But I could swear the first mentioned raising it's levels.

The Cube gains Power and Toughness when you put or filter boosts into it, at a very reduced rate, and also from some pit bonuses as you've seen. Once it provides a total of +100 Power/Toughness, it will become Level 1 and also start to provide some minor extra bonuses.

After that, it will continue to level up for every x10 growth in Power/Toughness.

What you are missing is that you are supposed to farm for copies of the tutorial cube in the first adventure zone to put it to level 100.
That unlocks the infinity cube, a pseudo equipment that is near the weapon slot and that can gain stats from boosts (at a lower rate than equipments) or the gold pit.

nope, that part has be completed. The accessory cube is done. This was a result of a significant coin toss, around 20-30e12. Which for my play thru is considerable. Likely close to top toss.
Currently I am leveling the magitech gear set, since the others have been completed. As well as the boost 2, soon the boost 5. Flubber(lvl10) is in the cat perch. And lvl24 ascendant forest pendant.

You were saying "level 0" and the infinity cube does not have a level so I got a bit confused.

The infinity cube has power (and max health), toughness (and health regen) that are based on boosts spent on it and on the rare money pit rewards.
When power+toughness reaches a certain amount, it goes up in tiers, which gives you a bonus to drop chance (and access to a different cube skin if you want to change it).

The cube is "capped" based on the stats from your equipment and from the adventure stats shown in the exp screen (do not spend exp on it until much, much later by the way).
The exp screen adventure stats includes adventure stats from various sources, pretty much everything that isn't a multiplier and isn't the equipment or cube (so money pit, iron pill and so on).

It isn't a real cap since the stats continue to be added properly but they don't affect you until you raise the cap (usually by getting a better set of equipment).
This usually only matters much later since you can proceed fairly quickly through the zones for a while.

Also, 10e12 isn't really close to the top tier for the money pit.
In fact, you are only getting tier 5, the highest tier (before unlocking the special tiers beyond that) is tier 11 at 1e30.

I would say that it was a qualified statement about the value of the money pit.
The words,'For my'. Implying that it should not be taken as an external comparative value.
But thanks for the reply and info.
