Regarding Diligence Coins while ArchePass is Disabled - Nov 1

Hello everyone,

As announced before, we are now granting 45 diligence coins and 7 bound labor rechargers to accounts with a character that were level 40 or higher as of 10am PDT on Monday 10/28. These players can log into our website and apply the the claim through our account management page here: https://aaunchained.trionworlds.com/account/profile/manage-game. Steam players can access this by linking their account and signing into their linked Steam and Glyph account.

Also as previously stated:
"Next week (date to be announced), we plan to add a claimable crate in the marketplace that contains 45 diligence coins and 7 bound labor rechargers, which can only be used by characters level 40+. This will be available as a free claim once per account. This change has been made to prevent a massive sudden influx of diligence coins and all of the associated items that could be purchased with those. We will evaluate the need to add this crate for each week that the ArchePass is disabled."

Update 6:15pm PDT:
We are currently disabling the diligence coin and labor recharger claim due to issues related to some eligible accounts not receiving the items or other accounts receiving multiple claims of the items.

We will continue to work on a resolution and update once it becomes available again.


Nov 13 Update:
Regarding ArchePass Compensation
ArchePass Compensation Crate is now claimable via the in game marketplace (Found in Credits > Consumables) for characters level 40+. This crate released on Nov 13 can be claimed two times per account as we originally intended for it to be available last week.

ArchePass Compensation Crate includes:
45x Diligence Coins
7x Labor Rechargers

This pack will be removed during the next week's maintenance and replaced with a pack to be claimed once as initially intended. Moving forward, ArchePass Compensation Crate will be available as a single claim until the ArchePass is fully enabled again. Currently the ArchePass rework is still in development and will be announced when it is available on PTS in the future.

Well thanks but how do i even link my steam with my glyph acc? I cant find any option for this.

same, it says in another thread steam and glyph is automatically linked when bought on steam i can also see my transactions i made on glyph but i cant see any option on the shopsite there like my friends have to get the stuff.

My account is linked through steam, when i open the glyph launcher through steam and click on account it takes me to an unsecured security page where my only option left is to add a mobile authenticator which i don't want. When i click on store it goes to the store page but my account is no longer signed in. When i try to create a new account to link to my steam account nothing happens, i hit create and all the fields just get erased. When i click the above link it wants me to sign in but i can't because my account was created through the steam launcher and it won't let me create a new account to link or recover the password to the auto linked glyph account through steam. The security page is not secured and the password recovery and reset don't work at all.
Please provide a way for steam users to acquire these items.

i do not even know my glyph account ,you know theres a reason why i chose to use steam ,so i dont have 1 bajilion accounts and passwords , if it's just as easy to link accounts and claim why not sent it to all eligible steam users

do i make a glyph account and link that to steam
If i knew this would happen i would have chosen another game to play
