We're having some trouble understanding exactly what's going on. Does this happen with the same dialogue only? If so, which one is it?
You're able to exit out of that dialogue initially, but after that the menu and other dialogues don't display correctly, is that right?
If you have any screenshots of the issue, it would help us out greatly!
i have because it happening now (and wasn't it in old versions of game).

and i can't play, because i need to know story.
in my case it bugs after that moment.
And HUD breaks too.
for my self i forced opengl, but hud bugs became just less major. there some flickering and lag, but that lets you play and read things.
yet, it's still not the answer to the problem and need to be fixed. i still don't understand what happened between early access and release build, if that bug started to occur on PCs older than 10 years.
imagine buying new PC just to play indie game.
