New to Skul, does the music get better?

Hey guys so as stated in the title i'm a new player just picked up the off with your head bundle during the sale and decided to start with Skul. So far i'm really enjoying the game (I really haven't played much so far) but the only complaint i have right nnow is the music. Like I'm really struggling to not get god annoyed by the music so i was just wondering if the music gets any better, or if i should just turn off the music in general? Any thoughts are appreciated, thanks.

It depends on your tastes. It's not precisely god tier music but in my opinion it gets a lot better after the forest.

I just reached the first boss (the giant ent?) which i assume is the forest boss? I'll check back in once I've beaten him but right now i'm very close to just turning the music off altogether.
