How do I change the language to English. I don't understand the symbols of the language shown

On the steam client, right click on the game name, select properties,select the language, and click on the drop-down triangle icon. So you can switch.

It plays good until I learn ground lightening and beat the first Orc, then the game freezes. Is there anything I can do or be done to fix this?

I am sorry that the English version cannot be downloaded in the past. Now the English version is available. Just re-enter steam and switch languages again. Many thanks for GMZ's feedback.
