Hestia aspect feels clunky since Blood Price update
The Hestia aspect for the Adamant Rail received 2 changes in the Blood Price update, neither of which, as far as I can tell, were actually mentioned in any patch notes. These changes have made a very consistent, rhythmic aspect into a rather frustrating one to use.

The first change is that the delay between an empowered shot and being able to reload was increased. This has caused those familiar with the rhythm of shooting and reloading before the update to have a hard time using this weapon. This new delay is unique to empowered shots, regular shots, even when using Hestia, are not affected, and you can reload basically the moment you fire a shot, as usual. If this is intentional, then it's just a growing pain that we'll have to get used to. If not, then it seriously needs to be fixed as it feels awful.

The second change, which really causes the frustration, is the ability to reload at any time. This was likely added for convenience's sake so you don't have to fire just to reload. On paper, that's nice. In practice, it leads to a lot of redundant reloads, leaving you vulnerable as you frantically try to figure out why you're not able to fire.

One of these changes on their own would be okay-ish, but together they cause issues, especially because the reload takes heavy precedence over firing. When spamming both attack and reload, reload will win out 90% of the time (compared to auto-firing and spamming reload on another aspect, where you will always fire before reloading). You could say you just shouldn't be spamming reload anyway, but I say you shouldn't be punished for doing so either. With the longer delay for reloading, it's easier than you'd think to accidentally start a second reload in the heat of a fight, and that never feels good.

Suggested change: Personally I'd just revert both changes, but if you're set on having the convenience reload, make it so you can't reload with an empowered shot already in the chamber. Redundant reloads are frustrating and are why I avoided Delta Chamber at all costs prior to the update in the first place (aside from Delta Chamber just kinda being not very good).
