Codex Upgrade which lists Daedalus Hammer upgrades a la the god boon list upgrade

Daedalus Hammer upgrades would be listed as a sub-page for the respective weapon; To view Stygius' Hammer upgrades, go to Stygius' page in the codex and press the back/select/whatever button. It's not strictly necessary, but it feels like an obvious inclusion.

Up for helpful suggestion. Felt obvious to me too as soon as I got the Codex Index upgrade for the boons and I presumed for a long time it would be a later upgrade... took me more than 50 hours to accept it wasn't a thing.
