Suggestion: Stacking Boiling Blood
At the moment, it doesn't matter how many Bloodstones are stuck in an enemy to trigger Boiling Blood. That in return means a player is punished instead of encouraged to fire several casts into the same foe - but for example with Zeus' or Artemis cast, you don't have full control over where the Bloodstones end up.

My suggestion is to have the damage bonus scale according to the number of Bloodstones in an enemy, for example 50% - 60% - 70% - 75% - 80% - 85% with maxed out Boiling Blood. It would probably require a rebalancing of enemy Health Points, though.

I think that is a bad idea since it would be a direct nerf to non-stuckable casts such as Ares' while it would make True Shot incredibly overpowered .... just imagine firing 6 shots and getting crits on +85% damage. That would be totally broken with Poseidon Aspect against bosses.

Another thing is that it would force players to play cast builds, and hard force Artemis due to her legendary, as buffing HP of everything would indirectly nerf attack build.

I must agree that it would probably mean a whole barrel of rebalancing tweaks (like increasing the damage of Ares', Dionysus' and Demeter's cast and probably nerfing down Artemis' legendary boons), so I can totally understand that it might be to much hassle to do. Perhaps my suggestion was also too overexaggerated in terms of scaling, and a capping at 66-70% for 4+ bloodstones might be more sensible.

But I stand by my argument that the current state of multiple bloodstones in the same enemy to be completely useless is unsatisfactory.
