Convenience Fee and the final Shop Diamond/Blood

I think Convenience Fee should not increase the price of the Diamond or Titan Blood in the final shop. These items don't benefit current run so they don't impact the difficulty of the run. The pact potentially locking you out of this reward for playing frugal is a bit disappointing. The price increase of this one item is what is leading me to choose to not use this pact option while grinding up the 8-15 heat range.

I think that con fee should be more heat, it has a large impact on the number of boons, which is a bigger impact than more enemy health or more enemy damage. It also has a tendency to prevent picking up the styx garenteed hermes - which is usually very good.

A lot of the pact of punishments are more or less heat than they should be.
