Piercing Wave suggestion

I'm not sure if it's intended or not, but the waves from Piercing wave do not apply any boons to your attack. For example crit or doom, and they do not apply support fire arrows even when they land. I'm not sure if this is intended or not, but it was kind of a huge disappointment when I picked up this "upgrade" to my weapon and it felt like a huge nurf to my damage
