Something about the shop price increase of boons...
I know everyone else has said that the upped prices are a bad change and I agree. Upped prices belong in the pact of punishment. But I wanted to add something to this that might make sense.

Room reward choosing. Specifically if you see money pop up as one of the choices.

Let's say you see a heart and a coin. Hearts cost 125, coin rooms are by default +100 coins. Generally I pick the heart because it's more cost effective.

Boons originally were 150. This is equivalent of 1.5 regular priced coin rooms. Maybe the shop would have a different boon that would be more worth it? It's a risk but it's an okay risk.
Personally I would always pick the boon unless I really needed cash.

Now that boons are 200, it takes 2 default coin rooms to equal skipping one boon.

Basically what I'm getting at is that coin rewards are now less worth going for (when confronted with boon+coin choice) since you don't know if the shop will have that boon type you really want.

I know it's farfetched, But it's just the way I view it ^^;

You're absolutely right, this has effectively de-valued coin rewards. The question is whether this was intentional or not.

Already pre-patch I never took any shop/coin rooms if at all avoidable and just saved gold I happened to get for the Temple of Styx to get the Diamond/Blood.
So I really don't know why the Shop was so drastically nerfed with the price increases (as well as the Gold Trinket Nerf).
Since I don't really need Diamonds/Blood anymore, I guess that means the price increase Pact is just free heat now, ignoring poor Charon and gold/shops as mechanic completely.
