Bug with sword special upgrade "Dash Nova"

If you have Dash Nova for the sword, from a hammer, and you spam it while dashing, you can cause your character to "dislocate" and appear in a different location than they ought to.

This seems to be caused by one of the two types of dashes cancelling the other, but traveling from the original origin point instead of where the character actually is at this point in time. So you can hop to the right, but you'll suddenly disappear and reappear far to the left of your starting position.

Reproduce by: Having Dash Nova, and spamming special and your dash at the same time.

When it happened, had the Athena deflect dash - unsure if that made a difference.
