Transferring save files?

Hello guys, I don't even know if this is possible here. I had the game on game pass xbox and it went away. I'd much rather prefer owning the game on steam. If I buy it here, is there a way to copy over the save files you think? I got real far into the game, and don't really want to start over.

You should be able to transfer them:
Copy the save from C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\Packages\SupergiantGamesLLC.Hades_q53c1yqmx7pha\SystemAppData\wgs\00090000001A81C5_0000000000000000000000006AB487C4\C6A3138C31FE4C34BD34C518CBAE43DA, rename it to Profile1.sav and put in C:\Users\<User>\Documents\Saved Games\Hades.

Also, it's a good idea to do a backup of that save folder first, so you don't accidentally lose the progress.
