Hades - Reset configuration
Hi all,

After launching Hades, the game started with the good resolution on my ultrawide screen (something like this, with 2 kind of status on each side)

I selected a different resolution to test.. but now everything is in a kind of "scaled fullscreen" and I cannot go revert to the default resolution (with the both statues)

Default : https://i.redd.it/xt9b0fo5wt221.png

After changing resolution https://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2019/50/6/1576333856-20191214143012-1.jpg.

How can I delete the configuration preference to get back my default resolution ?

Kind regards,

The "nuclear response" to reset all your configurations to default would be to delete Profile1.sjson and Profile1.sjson.bak (or the .sjson and .sjson.bak for whatever your "active" profile is) in the game's save directory, Documents\Saved Games\Hades. This should cause the game to launch in fullscreen, default resolution the next time you boot it up; it will re-create the .sjson and .sjson.bak files.

Be careful not to delete Profile1.sav! You can also back up all the files to a different location first if you're not sure.

Cool, cheers for your help ! :-)

Is there is a way to share a saving game party between 2 computers ? Or the saving files are local, and eventually I can just copy/paste few files ? :-)

Also a warm welcome on Steam ! we were impatient to see your game here! your company did a very great work on that game!

Thanks for the kind words!

Saves are held locally, in Documents\Saved Games\Hades. You can move them around wherever you'd like!

Theoretically Steam also supports cloud saving, though I haven't tried it out personally.
