House Contractor - Missing Building

Eldest sigil restoration is missing from house contractor. Also everytime I got in to room constractor indicates there is a new building but when I talk to him there is nothing new.

I have administrative priviledge and did the talk with Nyxs for quest.
I remember it was in house constractor but I stopped playing for a while. After I came back it was missing.

Sometimes the contractor will have an exclamation mark if you can afford something new, not just if something new is available.

If the Sigil isn't showing up, could you report that in-game with f10 , including some form of contact info so the devs can get back to you?
