D3DCompiler_47.dll is missing error - Windows 64bit FIXED
To whoever is encountering this error,

After troubleshooting this problem myself the pinned support FAQ is correct when it states the "D3DCompiler_47.dll is missing" error can be fixed by downloading the file externally and placing it into your relevant Hades folder.

The problem I had is that the D3DCompiler_47.dll file can be downloaded in both 32bit and 64bit format. The website linked in the FAQ only provides the 32bit file and will not solve the problem if you are running a 64bit machine like myself.

The below website is not in English, however if you scroll down to version 10.0.18362.1 of the .dll file there will be an option for 32 and 64 bit format, listed next to "architecture". Download whatever version is relevant to your system and place in your x64 or x86 folder under C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Hades and the game should now launch straight away from the Hades.exe file.

I initially emailed their support line for assistance but found the fix before they replied. Posting this here until their FAQ is updated to address the issue.

Hope this helps.
