Bug: All casts disappeared permanently with festive fog

So, spoilers below for the final fight in the game if anyone reading this cares about that.

While fighting Hades, I was on his final phase, and at one point, I lobbed 3 fogs at him, and right at that point he gained his 50% invulnerability to gain his final moveset. For some reason, when he got out of his invuln, all my casts disappeared entirely. They never did show up or auto-leash back to me, even after waiting a bit after killing the boss.
Unsure if this can happen with other bosses during their invuln phases.

I know I have seen some issues involving Tipsy Shot and Hera Aspect Bow, or Tipsy Shot and Poseidon Aspect Sword, but I'm not sure I've heard about this specific issue before - I'll keep an eye out for it!
