Privileged Status question

Does the Punishing Spin (Spear Hades) and Magnetized effect (Fist Talos) count toward the status effect toward privileged status or only status effect from boons count?

Any status effect counts.

Carefully reading the actual wording ability can answer the question, as you call them "status effects", but Privileged Status specifically says "Status Curse". Everything that is a Status Curse says so explicitly in its description, you can hover over weak, doom, hangover, and so on to see it. Likewise you can see that the likes of Punishing Spin does not have the curse text. It also isn't as simple as "status from boons" count, because things like Decay and Charm, despite being status effects from boons, are not Status Curses.

Y'know, i could've sworn that USED to work on those. But now, not so much. I take it only Olympian Boons with status effects work for this trait now. Not as good as it used to be.

Well, i suspect the alternative trait works just fine too, if you're one to collect many boons as i do. Pity there's no way to keep track of how high attack goes from such synergies...
