Unlock the green mirror bonus ?

Hello, I beat the game 5 times now during my 14 attempt. Each time I talk to everybody. But she still didn't gave me the alternative mirror green bonus choice, while I saw a streamer got it quite early; I don't know what I'm missing ? If someone have an idea, please share. :)
(she isn't even here most of the time ...)

Edit : ok, after 19 games (finishing the main story and playing once more), I finally got it. So yeah, kinda sucks, but advancing too fast and you won't get it.

That’s odd. I’ve gotten it after about 5 runs pretty consistently.

How many levels of the mirror do you have unlocked (through spending keys) and how much darkness have you spent on it?

You need to talk with Nyx each time you return home because she unlocks the green talents. Also it's possible that you need a minimal investment in form of darkness and/or keys into the mirror before you get the unlock.

I talk to every npc, especially her since i know it's from her. nearly half the time she isn't here, or talk to hades, or talk about the story (since last game is a win).
Next unlock for the mirror is 20 keys. Bought everything but only one upgrade for infernal soul/deep pocket. Always upgrade as soon as I can. So maybe 2-3k darkness ? The death defiance alone cost a lot to reach max.

Only thing I can think of is that advancing quickly has queued up many more dialogue options from her making it less likely for her to give that dialogue in any given run.

You could more quickly check by backing up your save folder, doing a bunch of suicide runs (empty your mirror, max Hard Labor and trap damage in the pact, and let yourself die in the first or second rooms to talk to her more often and cycle through dialogue). If you get the empowered mirror, you know it’s just a matter of time (not a technical issue) and can restore your save folder (turn off steam cloud first) or keep playing.

Edit:
If it doesn’t show up after her dialogue is exhausted (no “!” for her for a few runs), it could be a bug (file a bug report by pressing F10 in-game).

I had the exact issue, but it should happen eventually, I got the mirror after run 15 myself, while my friends got it in less than 10. I suspect advancing quickly queues up dialogue that takes precedence over the mirror unlock. I made it to Hades by my 3rd run, and beat him on my 11th, while my friends took much longer to reach those milestones.

Yeah I guess that's the issue, since I beat hades on my 3rd run (I watched some stream of the game so I wasn't going blind). I guess i'll just wait more, thx for the reply guys :)

You need to invest darkness in the different talents, once youve leveled up enough of them nyx will state that youre ready for more.

Like I say, It's been a while since I invested in all talent I have. They are all maxed beside two. Should be enough.

I got it after i completely unlocked the mirror with keys, that may be the reason for you.

As other people pointed out, unlocking everything isn't the reason; Otherwise people that didn't unlock everything shouldn't be able to get the second type of bonus. And there plenty of people that did not unlock everything but still did get the second type of bonus.

1sot0pe & nobbie are probably right about the fact that going "too fast" and not dying enough early queue too much messages for nyx. I didn't tag their post as anwser yet since I didn't tested it yet (to confirm for anybody else who search about the same problem).
