Question about how to get the Dolls

I nearly gotten all the keepsakes and don't know how to get the "Secret Stash" things. I've seen pictures and they look like dolls. What do I do to obtain them?

You need to get really close to some people. They will then entrust their doll to you.

You are probably referring to Companions, which are earned by maxing someone's affinity gauge to the locked hearts with Nectar, completing their favor to unlock their hearts, then increasing their hearts further with Ambrosia. Not all characters have companions to unlock, mainly the ones close to Zagreus have them.
