Boss: heals once
Player: *enraged pikachu face*
I mean I would much rather have a healing potion then death defiance :P
The point of a health bar is to let you know when your done... so you can plan and endure accordingly.
I expect Hades 2 to go even more wild
would it make you feel better if *that boss* had one big health bar and it switched to phase 2 once it reached half hp instead?
Yes.. because then I know where I am progress wise. Sucked so much ass when I finally "beat" them... then nope.
Your first playthroughs are literally about figuring out what layer has what. In a way, you are merely playing the tutorial until you beat the final boss once.
Alternatively they could've just made Hades have twice the HP and have a phase change without the hidden second health bar, but that wouldn't be half as interesting.
Guy, stop crying about your personal preferences, nobody cares.
Have a nice day
