Also if it is the Achilles aspect then I'd advise trying it out even if you don't like it, it's pretty fun with certain boons, and is considered the best spear aspect.
I switched back to the regular behavior.
Unfortunately the Titan Blood is still wasted. It should be possible completely resetting the weapons by the use of a key (like with the mirror). I see no reason why the latter is possible while the other is not.
It is worth noting that, assuming it was the Achilles aspect you unlocked, the special was added to, not changed. The original behaviour of the special, where it gets pulled back, still exists. After you throw, press attack instead of special, that will pull the spear back like the other aspects. Assuming you haven't spent blood elsewhere in the spear, that technically makes Achilles strictly better than the original.
Also, as you progress, you will also be able to acquire as much blood as you want, so 'wasting' one is a pretty small deal overall.
