how the hell you unlock hidden aspects of the weapon?

literally played with adamant rail all day long, got all the fate things unlocked for it and got the 200 gemstones but still that hidden aspect hasnt been unlocked, love this game but secret stuff way too complex in this game and the game doesnt really explain what to do to unlock stuff, achievements mention about companions here i am escaped like 20 times i still have no clue about companions jesus make those things a little bit more clear in the game ffs

Unlock the aspect of Guan Yu.
Put in at least five Titan’s Blood into any Rail aspects.
Then you will need to find Zeus after that, who will instruct you on what to do nextv

To add to what prudaas wrote, you need to talk to Zeus when wielding the Rail (in any aspect).

You can also check the wiki for the requirements for unlocking the Guan Yu in case you didn't unlock it yet, and for all other aspects as well. And if you get stuck with anything else, the wiki should have the answer. If not, ask here of course.

if you give ambrosia to thanatos, megaera, dusa, achilles, sisyphus or skelly, they give you a companion in exchange which lets you summon them to help you. i think you need to give 6 or 7 nectars before you get the option to give ambrosia :)

He's not guarantied to give you the waking-phrase, you have to keep talking to him once you meet the conditions until he does.

Are you sure you have max relationship with Achilles (no locked heart in his codex entry, all hearts full)? You get the companion from each relevant character the first time you give them ambrosia, which isn't even max relationship.

Sorry to butt in, but how's your relationship with Patrocles? Antos is an unique companion that you need both Myrmidons leveled up to acquire.

so i got the guan yu aspect for the spear, now i should be able to unlock hidden rail aspect if i talk to zeus right? also wiki says leveling up zagreus aspects doesnt count for the hidden aspect, so do i need to level 5 times 2. or 3. aspect of the weapon for hidden dialogue to come up? thats a lot of titan blood for every weapon tbh and i have 15 left

Wiki states you need to invest 5 Titan Blood in the Rail aspects (apart from Zag's). No need to fully level them up, the total amount spent counts.

And remember, that you need to talk to Zeus while having Rail equipped first, so that he can comment on that, and then he will give you the waking-phrase at one point (no need to keep talking to him with Rail equipped once he comments on you having it as far as I know).

i could reveal the hidden aspect of the sword without using 5 titan blood on the weapon apart from maxing out zagreus aspect, that was weird it became king arthurs sword i dont really get how the game algorithm works

You don't need to use 5 blood on each weapon to be able to unlock the hidden aspect, just 5 total across the 6 weapons. Also, the hidden aspects are all people not a part of the Greek myths.

yeah this game probably will take absurd amount of time to max all the achievements, so i'll be playing this game time to time as it only takes 30-40 mins to beat, still a month to go for elden ring and i need new games to play damn
