Hypnos heart

I can't unlock the heart of Hypnos. I'm on my 127 with all my other hearts unlocked and maxed out. The last dialogue he had with Thanatos is how Thanatos praised him that he could see improvement in his work.
It was about 40 runs ago.
Every time I die (and I die a lot because I'm trying to clear 32 heat), he';; sit there and say nothing - or just mention the monster that killed me sometimes.

I have no idea what I can do.
The only thing I haven't done is I haven't got an autograph from the minotaur, but it says it's not required on the wiki.

I can confirme that the autograph is not required, at least.

He is also the only heart I haven't finished yet. They mentioned making it easier to do in several updates, but evidently it is still a pain.

As stated, the autograph is not needed, it is a completely separate set of dialogue that is more an easter egg for completing than anything else.

Hypnos involves a long back and forth with Thanatos. Thanatos praising Hypnos's work is part of that dialogue chain, but it's not the end of it. Unfortunately you're going to have to continue chasing down Thanatos, as there's still more pieces you need to see. The heart won't unlock until Hypnos has a conversation with Zagreus thanking him for talking to Thanatos.

If you're still not seeing any progress with this questline and Thanatos isn't offering up anything further, F10 ingame and report as a bug, and try to be thorough explaining what the situation is. You might want to include an email in the report and ask for a follow up.

200 hours in and
1. have minotaur autograph
2. build bed and kings tomb
3. Thanatos isn't offering any dialog what so ever
4. no one is offering any dialog
still bugger all. :(
Have tryed killing my self a lot to try and proc some more dialog but nothing. I would say there's some sort of bug here tbh. will be reporting this when i get a spare moment. even if its not a bug its total ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that i've put in about 100 more hour of play after i've finished every thing else with nothing to show for it.

He's got a lot of dialogue after you die to different enemies. Could it be linked to that? For instance, you need to have died to Meg/Lernie/Champions/Redacted? (wild idea)

Need to meet with Thanatos several times to get his chain going. He will get several dialogues with Hypnos on return, after that you can talk to him and this will resolve quest.

No. These are unrelated to his affinity. Thanatos doesn't have any dialogue with Hypnos that's gated behind specific Zag deaths, so that's not the issue. The primary thing unlocking Hypnos focuses on is the affinity level you have with Hypnos and Thanatos, as some parts of the chain are locked behind higher hearts, but op already states they have finished other characters.

~159 run suddenly I've gotten the ending of this quest and a heart. Right before I've won +32 . I have no idea what was the trigger.

Getting Hypnos favor seems almost impossible and I'm ready to give up. I had listened to Than praising him ages ago and since then I completed the Epilogue, maxed out all the trinkets, forged bonds with every other character, fulfilled a lot of prophesies, managed around 15 more successful runs... Hypnos storyline hasn't progressed a bit.
I really wished they fix this somehow.

UPDATE: on my "very last run" I got the Hypnos quest moving along. Apparently getting a lot of damage really summons Than to help.
Than said that he was unfair to Hypnos and that they both have jobs to do. And on the run after that Hypnos' hearts finally unlocked after he thanked me for talking anout him with Than.
