What killed me? Is it a bug?

A few times now I've done a run where I was really powerful. A lot of damage reductions, revives, weakness, etc. So much so that I wasn't taking any damage. Up until I died in one shot. In combat, when it looked like nothing happened, I suddenly lost an entire life and got the death defiance. At first I thought it might have been a trap, but it has happened to me too in rooms without traps.

Now, another run, and the same thing happens. I dont seem to be hit by anything and all of a sudden an entire health bar is gone in one go. I am wondering if others have had this happen as well.

We want for it to be clear what happened when you died. If you felt like you died out of nowhere, you can always press F10 to report a bug directly to us in context. That bug report will include valuable gameplay data (no identifying information is included) that can help us track down any problem there.

Sadly the cases where it happened I did not die die, I just lost one of my stocks. It went like, I was in a room, got hit a few times by things that did like 1-2% damage, and then seemingly nothing hit me and the entire hp bar was gone and I was at another stock. I recall when it happening it often looked like something bounced into me. The one time it happened today an enemy just bounced off the wall into me and I flew across the stage. Even

But f10 is an idea. It is hard to tell as of know what hits you with all the chaos, especially if you have a bunch of these upgrades, but it did feel.... very random. WIll do that next time, thanks

Were you using the Zeus Shield that time? I got the same thing too in 3rd area while on the brige (which has two spear trap on both sides)

I got like 150hp and instant kill lost one stock (didn't got any trap damage% heat)

Will use F10 if this happen again.

It has happened on a few occasions so it sounds like it is the same thing

Edit: In another thread I saw someone mentioning this what likely happened to me. It mentioned that charmed enemy would be hit by an attack, moved, hit the player, bumped it into the wall, and then it'd take like 150 damage.

This sounds like it is what has been going on with me because I often have charming and I recall some of the times it seemed like an enemy bumped into me.

Edit: In another thread I saw someone mentioning this what likely happened to me. It mentioned that charmed enemy would be hit by an attack, moved, hit the player, bumped it into the wall, and then it'd take like 150 damage.

This sounds like it is what has been going on with me because I often have charming and I recall some of the times it seemed like an enemy bumped into me.

I was using the Aegis - Zeus aspect.

I was using the Aegis - Zeus aspect.

You dont need a call of that. There is the call that charms them, but you can also have abilities to weaken them and a duo, I think, that says that weakened enemies have a chance to be charmed. But I dont know, I think two of them did involve the weapon with aegis so perhaps

I think it's happened because charmed enemy hit you. When I used Aphro's charming boon I saw that problem often, especially in maze when enemy poisoned me before charmed
