Orpheus disappeared. Can't learn the lyre.

So, I broke Orpheus' contract and he poofed on me before I could learn the lyre.
I have ~90 escape attempts and I haven't seen Orpheus or Eurydice since I broke the contract.
Does RNGesus just hate me, or did I do things out of order and break my ability to learn the lyre?
Cos, seriously: I don't even remember the last time I was offered a trip to Eurydice's house in Asphodel, and Orpheus is just Gone from the House of Hades.

That's probably bad RNG, Orpheus sometimes will be seen at home, sometimes together with Eurydice (and I think you should be able to talk to him there as well).

In that case, RNGesus seriously hates me cos I swear it's been almost 20 runs since I broke that contract and he hasn't appeared and I've not had the option to see Eurydice in Asphodel in just as long...

Huzzah! After my 97th escape attempt Orpheus finally came home! lol
Now to get him to teach me how to play this stupid Lyre!

talking to him isn´t enough. You also have to practise it on your own!

Just play the lyre between runs until you get different tune. You might need to talk to Orpheus AFTER your playing have raised 1 stage. You'll notice each step up immediately, and you need to raise just 2 stages. So after both stages, talk with Orpheus and you're done.
At first it will sound off tune, then it will be a chord, by the end it will play guitar melody with the lyre.
