hidden aspect of malphon

I recently got my first hidden aspect : Varatha's hidden aspect (which came up after my #70 successful escape from the underworld) Achilles talked to me and said a phrase I should say to Varatha.
The fact is: I barely played with Varatha, I only played 2 or 3 times to escape hell and get the achievement of running away with all weapons, I hadn't released any aspect. Compared to malphon who has already escaped 30 times and released all aspects and also played with the last aspect of demeter in elisio to get to talk to ASTÉRIO (who I know who should tell me the phrase) but... nothing happens!

I don't know what else to do. If it's just a matter of waiting, I'll have to keep playing in a certain way because I want to reset 100% of the game. Has anyone had a similar experience?

The spear is the first hidden aspect to be revealed, always. Maybe because it's Hades weapon initally.
Each aspect have different requirement: usually using blood to upgrade weapon + talking to a npc until the dialogue unlock.
For the fists aspect, you must speak with Asterius the Minotaure by talking to him during his solo fight:

You can't unlock any of the other aspects without unlocking Guan Yu first, it's literally a requirement for all other 4th aspects. That's why you were unable to get any other hidden aspect without spear.
