Tips for beating theseus and asterius?

I've gotten to them 3 times and all times they completely destroyed me. I find every thing up until that point to be pretty easy but I find myself not able to tell at all what their attacks are and the tells for when they attack

You pretty much just have to replay it to the point you learn all their moves. Go for the minotaur first and keep pillars between you and Theseus, he rarely moves and spams the easily avoided ranged attack if you dont get close.

For the minotaur he has a crazy basic attack pattern so hes not hard on his own. When he goes to attack dont be in front of him as his first 2 attacks are always sweeps. After that hes either going to jump at you or in his 2nd phase, smash the ground behind him. Try to have your damage boons before fighting them or this is going to be a very long and boring fight.

After the minotaur is down and Theseus is at 1/2 hp hes gonna do his god power ability. If you have your own god power with invul this is the best time to damage him as this is the only time in the entire match where he will put his shield away. Pound on him however you can and then focus on baiting out his ranged attack as it gives you about 2 seconds to hit him as he always runs away from you after using. I repeat, he will not use his dangerous spin unless you get close to him, if he is refusing to throw his spear and heading towards you then he is obviously going to spin so bait it out early and dive right out, and then continue baiting out his ranged.

Asterius is a mid boss in that region, you can practice him 1 on 1.
Theseus is just one of those annoying bow ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that also has a shield.
If you got a dio call or something else that ignores shields, lay that on theseus until he is gone so you can focus on the actual fight.

Separate them.
Take Asterius down first.
Get him to the opposite side of the arena from Theseus.
Work him on the outside of the pillars while hugging he pillars. Learn his attacks and dash through him.
Once he's down Theseus is easy, dodge his spear attack and then hit him in the back.

Once you learn both of their patterns they are far easier to deal with together.

I also suggest Demeters frost effects for speed up learning the boss mechanics.

Always take down Asterius first. Take Hermes Hyper Sprint boon if possible, it would be so much easier to dodge Theseus spear attack. A little tips to dodge Asterius charge attack, made him smash the wall, not pillars. Asterius often running in circle if you stand on the pillars, and eventually hit you when you ran out of dash. Any build will work unless you do Extreme Measures 3.
