Visual pixel glitch fix?

I have been experiencing this for a few weeks now, but recently it's gotten worse. Green and purple pixels have started popping up everywhere. I've tried verifying game files and even restarted. None of it works. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Took me some time to notice them too. Thought i had a bug. Fact is: It was there the whole time, i just didnt notice. Its the games art style.

No it can't just be the art style, it has gotten worse over time. Can you try taking a screenshot in the same place?

I just checked and I see the same thing, even in the loading screen. I'm sure that it's supposed to be a 'festive' effect like glitter. There is a spot in the endscene (horizon view) where I noticed those colored spots too at first and I took that as a 'chromatic abberation' effect.

You don't have to worry that your GPU is going bad or that the game is somehow broken as I'm 99% sure this is a visual art style thing.

Damn, maybe it is just the art style, I just really felt like it had gotten worse
