Hades
How to unlock weapon upgrading?
I've unlocked the 6 weapons but have no idea where to go from here. I'm kinda new to the game and not very good at it (I find Meg harder than the Hydra) - plus I have no idea how the deeper game systems work.

Some tips would be appreciated

Play with the weapons and see which you like most. You'll have to use them all anyway to get titan blood which is used to upgrade them. If I remember right, you can start pumping them with blood on the next run after you unlock the Rail. Each successful run on a different heat level (difficulty modifiers, that you unlock after beating the final boss once) nets you anywhere from 2 (guaranteed) to 4 (luck based, one from fishing and one from the shop before the final battle) blood. You can also get titan blood from doing certain tasks from the minor list of prophecies, located in your room, next to the mirror. Speaking of the mirror, get the extra dash, health and death defiances as soon as possible to make your life easier. Also start giving nectar to people in the house of hades, the 1st time you give them some, they'll give you a keepsake that you can use and level up during your run. Cerberus and Skelly are good candidates at the start of the game, since their keepsakes help when you're first learning the mechanics (more max health or additional death defiance).

Thanks for the comprehensive tips

Also, start giving nectar to the Olympians. Their keepsakes allow you to control which gods you encounter in your run so you can create builds instead of just playing whatever hand the game gives you (though that can be pretty fun, too). Guiding your builds will have a huge impact on your runs.

Except getting blood seems to be really hard... well at least on Hell Mode? I'm playing on hell mode and can't farm via raising my heat levels so I dunno. Guess it doesn't matter.

There's a +15 titan blood gain from the prophecies but damn yo, you gotta get every duo skill in the game lol.

You have to beat Hades during your heat run in order unlock the next set of rewards for the next highest heat. Not sure if that's why it's not letting you farm; never done Hell mode.

Regarding blood, hell mode is the same. The only difference between normal and hell is the mandatory 5 heat from the very beginning and the extra condition from the pact that removes the shield you get after burst dmg.

Also you get way more than 15 blood from the List (more like 43), by doing the quests.

To unlock hidden aspects, first use 5 bloods into any weapon aspect that is NOT Zagreus, or any combination of weapons, as long as the total is 5 bloods and not Zagreus. (I put some in Zag anyways because some of them are my favorite - do what you need to beat the game.)

Then, keep doing the story and beat Hades 10 times. The game prioritizes story dialogue over hidden dialogues (basically post game). It is random dialogue change to talk to the correct npc who will give you the secret password. The first person to give you the password will be Achilles for the spear. After that, it can be any weapon and any order based on chance.

Some hidden aspects will require more than others. For example:
- Bow: Requires 5 bloods in any combination of aspects within bow (can't remember if Zagreus counts), then random chance talk to Artemis
- Fists: Requires you to fight Minotaur 1v1 in Elysium wearing fists; he tells you the password the next time you 1v1 in Elysium wearing any weap
