Hades
65 runs / 18 escapes / still no companions?
Seems like the easiest one is Meg's after she shows up to your room a couple times and then you give her ambrosia. Is there an easier companion to obtain than hers? I really just want any of them at this point, this is the one thing I can't seem to unlock. I've got tons of ambrosia but no one to give it to.

Dusa is definitely the easiest. Feed her nectars and build up the lounge area with gems, she will come around.

If npcs want ambrosias, feed them. Especially if you have done their various quests.

You just need to talk to people everytime they have an exclamation point. Eventually they will unlock the next hearts and may give you a quest to complete.
Right on. I never miss a chance to cruise the halls and chat up every one in between runs but maybe I'm just wrong for thinking that I should already have the companions unlocked. Thanks!

You have given all the relevant characters nectars until their relationship gauge shows a locked heart?

You normally have to complete a favor for someone before they offer a companion.

Yep, Meg has had a lock on her relationship progress for a while now. And the last 30 or so runs her and Zag have hated each other less, that conversation just hasn't happened yet.

Isn't Dusa much easier than Meg? Dusa is always around. Meg only shows up if I kill her, and then not always. Even if she is there, she mosz if the time is in conversation with someone else, so I can't give her anything.
Or Skelly? He is always there, too.

I have to double check if Dusa has the lock but Skelly has had a lock for awhile now too. If Dusa DOES have the lock, how do I open it? Is there an in-game condition or does it just simply happen with enough conversations?

AFAIK Dusa's lock can be opened by having the contractor do a few lounge upgrades.

Yep you're right.

"..using the House Contractor to complete a minimum of 12 Lounge-focused renovations, which must include at least one rug for the area as well as cleaning up Cerberus's fur and the scratches he left in the floor."

Are you skipping all the text? Skelly tells you to kill him with a maxed Aspect of Zagreus Sword...

I found Skelly the easiest as he's always around to exhaust dialogue with and feed nectars. Plus his unlock requirement only costs 5 titan blood and is super straightforward.
